Returns

Cove has a 'no refund' policy on purchases of goods or services. Furthermore, our 'no refund' policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) and dermal treatments and procedures. This includes products sold by Cove Medispa and services provided in the clinic.

Please note that our treatments, services and packages are not transferrable to other individuals and they cannot be swapped for other treatments or services. 

Refunds on products are not available. 

 

Gift Vouchers

GIft Vouchers have a 3 year validity, gift vouchers are only to be redeemed on services (excluding Cosmetic Injectables) and not products or redeemable for cash.

Deposits

All services require a deposit, no shows will have a 100% service charge without any notice. Late appointment cancellations will lose deposit within 24 hours.
